Febe ("Febe", "we", "us") is operated by Click Makers, LLC ("Company"). This policy explains what we collect at yourfebe.com, why, and your choices.
What we collect
- Information you provide: the business website URL you enter, an optional founding date, your short answers to our questions about the business, and your email address when you request the full reading.
- Automatically: your IP address, browser and device information, and how you use the site, for security, abuse prevention, and analytics. We use cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies).
- Marketing parameters: if you arrive from a tagged link (utm_source, gclid, and similar), we record those tags to understand where visitors come from.
How we use it
- To generate your reading. The details you provide and public market signals are processed by third-party AI services (see Third parties) to produce it.
- To send you your reading and to email you about Click Makers, LLC services we think are relevant, including our BEAR working sessions. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service (rate-limiting, bot and fraud prevention, analytics).
Third parties we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who help us run Febe:
- Cloudflare — hosting, storage, bot protection (Turnstile), and edge security.
- Google (Analytics and Tag Manager) — usage analytics and cookies.
- Anthropic (Claude) and Perplexity — AI models that process the business information and public signals to generate the reading.
- Search and market-data providers — public market and search signals about the business category.
- Our email and CRM provider — to deliver your reading and follow-up emails.
These providers process data under their own terms and only to provide their services to us.
AI processing
Your reading is generated by AI. The information you submit and publicly available signals about the business are sent to AI providers to produce it. Readings are automated interpretations and may be inaccurate or incomplete. See our Terms.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Where consent is legally required, we will ask for it.
Data retention
Cached readings and the signals behind them are stored briefly (roughly 24 hours to 30 days) to speed up results and enable shareable links. The email and business details you submit are retained until you ask us to delete them or you unsubscribe and we no longer need them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU or UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing. To exercise a right, email privacy@clickmakers.io. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Febe is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be shown by a new "last updated" date above.
