These Terms govern your use of Febe at yourfebe.com, operated by Click Makers, LLC ("Company"). By using Febe you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Febe is, and is not
Febe produces an automated, AI-generated "reading" that describes a business as a metaphorical creature, based on information you provide and public market signals. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional, financial, legal, investment, or business advice, and it is not a guarantee or prediction of any outcome. Readings are interpretations, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and must not be the sole basis for any business decision. Rely on your own judgment and qualified professionals.
Eligibility and your submissions
You must be at least 18 and authorized to submit the information you provide. You represent that submitting a business URL and details does not violate anyone's rights. Do not submit confidential information you are not permitted to share.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no automated scraping or bulk querying, no attempts to bypass rate limits or security (including Turnstile), and no unlawful, infringing, or abusive use. We may rate-limit, block, or refuse service at our discretion.
Email and marketing
When you submit your email, you agree we may send you your reading and occasional related emails from Click Makers, LLC. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Intellectual property
Febe, its content, and the reading format are owned by Click Makers, LLC. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive right to view and share your own reading. You keep whatever rights you have in the information you submit, and you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the service.
Third-party services
Febe relies on third-party providers, including Cloudflare, Google, Anthropic, and others. We are not responsible for their services, and your use may also be subject to their terms.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Click Makers, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decision made in reliance on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click Makers, LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wyoming, United States for any dispute.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
